Great game! I purchase the brew special for 4.99 from time to time and always got it. However tonight I bought that pack and I received the receipt for purchasing it, but it was never credited to my account. 2500 jewels and 20 of the 250 brew weren't given, but my debit card was charged. I got kicked out of the game and for the last 2 hours I have been trying to get back in, so I could make a ticket for my complaint but I have no idea of when I will be back in the game.

This game use to be a very relaxing game that you could play when your not busy with real life stuff to having to constantly make sure that your bubbled because for some stupid reason they increased the FFA event that happened once every event to twice and it's not fun when the game is shifting to people that shovels money into mobil games and have 100s of billions of might. I never cared about the PvP aspect of the game and those like it whatever but increasing how often is stupid

Latest update ruined that game for me.. Experiencing all sorts of lag and errors.. can't even send out a decent march without the game loading on me then saying request timed out, websocket error etc .. already cleared cache, tech tree and even reinstalled a couple of times already.
