Be ware if you're an international customer since their sms and pin code service hasn't been working for international mobile numbers for quite a few weeks now and nobody seems to care. Being overseas I'm unable to do some critical transactions. The problem hasn't been fixed despite several complaints and i might have to travel to Istanbul only because of this matter.

Slow, awful translations from Turkish to English. It's very unfortunate because the customer service at this particular bank is abysmal. I've decided to close my account and delete the application.

Its really easy to work with and you can find all the services that you will ever need from paying credit card debt to paying your bills

What's new
