Overall, this app is great. However, 1-star because the functionality I am really interested with (the only reason why I installed the app) is it's message notification as I am not always near my computer. Unfortunately, it sends me message notification 1 - 2 hours late. As much as I want to respond to interviews and to clients quickly, it takes a while before the app notifies me. I missed a lot of opportunities due to this. It's annoying.

Not a user friendly app.. nothing is easy ..doesn't info anything on the application ..doesn't allow any communication for a minimal to even ask simple questions in regards to application but takes a chunk of your credits without any idea what happens to your application after ..God knows if the clients even receives them.. although it says sent. The program isn't easy .once u send u can't make any amendment..or cancel if u change your mind ..and if cancel .credit burn.

Upwork is an excellent platform that effectively connects freelancers with global clients. The user-friendly interface and diverse job postings make it easy to find suitable work. The payment protection system is also a significant advantage.However, one drawback is the cost of connects. Freelancers are charged connects to apply for jobs, even if no one is hired, which can be frustrating and expensive for those starting out. Improving this aspect would make Upwork even better.
