Love for loop is based on simplicity and security. New UI screams of a cheap version. Too many icons that probably won't be adopted,hard on the eyes. Previous version is easily a 5 because it had the bank design. Easy and straightforward. An update on old version would have probably had same effect. Probably create an option for customers who would like to remain on old app and test the results . Anyway, time will tell if this was really necessary

This new app really sucks. It just screams cheap design, then the color is repelling. The features and buttons are too much! It makes me want to just log off. I feel like I'm in a jumia store or something. And it's so hard to find everything. I also don't appreciate keying in my password everytime and the transaction fee that you added and didnt even give us a heads up. The other app was so easy to use and to the eyes. The only issue was faster OTP. I'm currently scouting for another solution.

You have unfortunately made a lot of things more complicated than they need to be (and than before). I can't see my immediate balance, you introduced a concept of separation of bank and wallet that is not useful. I can't tell what the locked amount has to do with my balance, I need to see what I'm spending without a lot of complicated categorization. I also don't need you asking for a PIN every time I need to see my balance. All in all, too bloated, this was much better with a simple interface.
