horrible customer service. I just spent over an hour with customer service because they wouldn't respond. I was getting conflicting reports. I was first told that if a facility doesn't review your time card that it gets automatically reviewed in 2 days and then once I explained that it had been 2 days all of the sudden the bot changed it to well it's actually 7 days. it would not give me an explanation as to why it told me in the beginning it was 2 days and then kept me on with customer service

great update (April 9th 2026), this app use to be so buggy and laggy and slow, since new update change the icon and also change the speed of the app where it's not taking 6 years to load the shifts and scroll through the app. This is a well needed update finally 👏. I use to get mad that it was slow too on the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. great job! By the way it's good to personally know the facilities (scheduler) if you want to get shifts or be selected. Or you will have to be competitive FYI

I WORKED 16 HOURS YESTERDAY AND DIDN'T RECEIVE PAY BECAUSE OF THE FAULTY APP NOT SHOWING MY LOCATION EVEN THO I HAVE IT ON. AND TO HAVE TO WAIT 7 DAYS FOR MY PAYMENT IS RIDICULOUS WHEN I HAVE INSTANT PAY!! ALSO WHILE TALKING TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT SHE REPLIED AND THEN DISCONNECTED FROM THE CHAT WITHOUT GIVING ME A RESOLUTION!! AWFUL COMPANY!!!
