Xiao-e is a tool application for otoscope.
Through Wi Fi and connecting ear picking equipment, the real-time picture of ear canal can be displayed on the mobile phone, and the ear canal can be easily pulled out to see the situation in the ear canal.
At the same time, when you preview the real-time picture, you can take photos and video to save the pictures or videos at that time, so as to compare whether there is any abnormality in the ear canal.

Ratings and reviews

The camera works well. The rubber guards that attach to the camera are a good safety feature. I am able to save my photos and videos in the app. A different manufacturer/brand that I tried previously did not save the photos and videos properly. The only issue that I have noticed is that I am not able to see all the way to my eardrum(s), most likely because of the rubber guards, that are used to prevent us from damaging our ears, and probably to protect the camera from earwax.

Camera details aren't such a high quality. The camera does not have a solid stream. It keeps glitching still, and it can't keep up with the motion of my hand. The camera keeps cutting off as well and I have to constantly turn it back on every 5 seconds. I tried uninstalling and re-downloading the app, but the same thing keeps happening. It has potential. I was at least able to see inside my ear before the camera cut off.

Apart from the 🔋 battery not lasting that long, up to now, I've not had any real issues with Xiao-E ear cleaner. Despite the ear cleaner being fully charged, the battery 🔋 icon on the app is coloured red, and a line has been marked across the icon as well. Add to this the devise is for some reason not connecting to the Internet instead this message comes up, quote: "Connected without Internet/not secure." Now unable use the ear cleaner. No spare ear cleaning tools can be purchased.
