Was a pretty good app. now shows ADS for their shows, even when you continue watching a show you've already started. Incredibly annoying. What ever are you thinking, BritBox? This does the opposite of making me want to watch more of your shows. The vendor's response misses the mark: spamming me with a trailer I'm not interested in every time I try to reopen the video I'm in the middle of is 100% an advertisement. and it sucks in a for-pay service.

update 2. - ALL the stars. was 4 then 1 then theybdropped ITV and increased the price. Now buffering.... Update 2 After a few months of normal service another update and now way worse. Now there's no order to watch vs not watched shows. No waybto continue where you left off. Can't even remove shows from the watched list. update. now they want to rip off subscribers for more $$ to upgrade to watch current shows AND nolonger have ITV. More for LESS....!! used to be good. crashed 5ntimes today.

Have had an annual subscription for several years and it was awesome and well worth having but yet another price increase again this year. It is now double what I paid in the beginning. And now they've introduced a Premier plan... Want 4K and additional shows then you'll pay a lot more for that. Dedicated, annual subscribers should be getting that... Nothing but a money-grab! Done - Uninstalled/Unsubscribed.
