While I dont have much money to spend on the game directly, I have been mostly watching ads to support Hawk, which is my favorite mobile game of all time. Sadly, their old store system has now replaced most of the items from static plane upgrade cards to loot boxes, or "surprise packs" as is the term nowadays (although I prefer the term "gambling addiction enablers"), thereby destroying the feeling of progression. It is still a fun game, hence the extra star, but the whole gambling thing cost 3.

I've played this game for years, but I'm finally done. So many negative changes have been made over the years, but the one that took the FUN away was the increased difficulty. If you want to make a game more challenging for advanced players, you don't do it by reducing a plane's power and resources. You do it by making NEW, harder levels.

the "upgrade" to hoping to get what you need for the plane or brobot you want to evolve AFTER SPENDING YOUR CREDITS is abysmal. The previous version of selecting and spending only what i need to was perfect. The "upgraded version" has even seemingly more pop up ads than before. Again, not fun. This was a good game for killing time, watching the paint dry has made great strides.
