There is no difference in features other than the presence or absence of advertisements for the paid version and the free version.
If you purchase the Remove Ads Add-on, the ads will not be displayed and there will be no difference from the paid version of ibis Paint.

Ratings and reviews

Great app. I enjoy messing around on it, especially when drafting so I don't waste so much paper. The only issues I have with it is how the ads are pop up, especially when I'm trying to quickly go through my different works. (Some of the ads are questionable, which is why,im pretty sure thats googles fault tho.) The other is that I can't rewind or go forward more precisely on my arts progress vids. I'd like to be able to go to certain points in the videos, like youtubes time stamps bar.

Overall, it's a great app, I've been using it for more than a year and I haven't progressed Mutch throughout my artist journey, but it's getting their, great work IbispaintX! (One thing to clarify is, you shouldn't have to pay for no adds, their are better apps to draw on that even professionals use, without having the extra adds.

Ibis Paint X is good, don't get me wrong, it is amazing and definitely one of the best free (ish) drawing apps. Though to get better stuff and features you do need to pay to get them, almost like a pay to win game. The tutorial you get at the start is also really good, but there are a few things it doesn't say, which can make it confusing for beginner artists. It's still good, nonetheless, but like I said, it's similar to a pay to win game.
