I expected more from udemy but honestly I was disappointed, I paid for a course and it was one issue after the other on the platform. The website doesn't load videos properly on any browser as there's always an issue with udemy asking for one thing or the other that normal platforms don't ask for, the mobile app was supposed to be better but NO,downloads are slow and can cancel easily when your Internet goes down. I can download videos on YouTube and they're encoded so why can't udemy be normal?

The app content is good so far, but I'm trying to escalate an issue but I'm not seeing any avenue to do so on the app. My issue is that there's this particular video that cannot be opened on my mobile device and the prompt on my screen is to open it with a computer. When I go on my computer to try to login in my account, it's showing error. Mind you, both my username and password is correct, and I don't know if I'm doing anything wrong and to make it worse, there's no option to speak to a rep.

Your app is very useful but it sucks. What's the point of being able to download videos if they can't be watched offline? Initially, I could watch some & the rest will just fail to load. But lately, it's every single video that won't play! When I'm able to watch all videos I download offline then I'll change my rating. Until then, I'm uninstalling it. Nevermind that I've already paid for a course. And your response wasn't helpful. Nothing has fixed the issue. So I guess you don't want to fix it.
