Game is lagging so bad at times that it's unplayable. I also made an in game purchase using their own monetary system called jewels and didn't receive what I paid for. The equivalent of $20.00. They refuse to make this right. They even knew there was a problem and ended the event early. Played this game for years. Stay away. All they want is to take your money. I will never spend another nickel on this game. In game support is a joke!!

used to be good until they added features to the game that resulted in poor game performance a log in problems. They don't replace troops lost as a result of their errors and dont always tell the truth when problems arise or issues occur. now too focussed on selling packs to players and game is expensive to keep up to date with.

New required update does not open and run on android phones. All me accounts have been attacked, hero's killed and resources lost. Cannot login to the game to reset shields for second time in a month. Developers need to test better before reldeesing updates. Will not provide replacement for items lost due to their lack of testing and getting locked out of the game. Time to quit and move to other games. 7 years playing lost.
