I have been customer for a long time, but number one, when I decided to request my visa card they charge a 10 dollars fee to request the card and it's been more than 3 months and they still havent issue it. Second, now I'm trying to use the app and the app keeps crashing saying that I have an invalid pin, and even when I change it, it keeps showing up over and over and over again. This sucks

I have read more critical than positive reviews about this application. I was inclined to download it, but after reading the negative reviews, I will not attempt it. I hope the company has corrected the issues outlined throughout the multiple reviews shown here, particularly those where money is sent to Cuba and the recipient never receives it or it is delivered with an unusual delay. To provide true customer service, the company must track the customer's money until it reaches the recipient.

Bad experience with this app I loaded it with funds no problem then couldn't send the funds tried to get a visa it charged me then credited me the charges for the visa but never got anything then tried to reach them from the beginning and they answered but over a month and a half later talk about unprofessional unorganized and they claim they are overwhelmed fine but I waited months to get answers really not good
