I lost all the notes attached to a login when I updated the password, and these notes were important. It definitely shouldn't work like that. I contacted the agent, he was really nice, but couldn't help. True Key should have the functionality of retrieving deleted logins, just in case something like this happens.

I'm not getting the verification email so I can't get into it at all. It keeps saying it sent the email but I don't get it and I need to get into the app asap! I recently had my screen replaced so I reset fingerprints and now it won't let me log on unless it sends verification to my email but it never comes!

Much better than LastPass. My phone was stolen in the Philippines. LastPass help recommended I turn off my authenticator. That was impossible and contacting a human was impossible. Ruined my vacation with worry. This app is good so far, but the auto login is hit or miss. I turn off auto login when traveling. I hope if I really need help I can contact something that is helpful.
