Almost impossible to download in bulk. Verizon apps in general are terribly glitchy. If I am ever able to get my photos off I am canceling my subscription. Edit based on response: that's what the help center suggested, unfortunately on my computer was unable to find a download option that I was told would be there. Edit: Are you intending to pay me for doing your job for you on a service i was paying for? Get out of here. I unsubscribed and won't be paying for extra Verizon software again.

A couple of months ago I noticed that the App won't back up my contacts anymore. I uninstalled the updates and got it to update my contacts using the old version. However each time the app auto updates it stops working. Now I've noticed that it also won't backup my contacts using the old version. What is the issue with it? I am using the free version just for contacts and have been a Verizon customer for 16 years. EDIT: AS OF SEPTEMBER 1ST IT HAS STOPPED WORKING AGAIN.

We appreciate your patience. An update was rolled out 8/6/24 that resolved the issue. Restart your device and you should again see the sync working as designed.

I would give it a zero if I could! The app harasses me to update and every time I do, it activates on my phone plan. Adding another $20 per month. Then I have to get on the phone with my provider to have it removed AGAIN! And we all know how that call goes!! Apparently this change has altered our plan and our bill has doubled. GOOD JOB VERIZON! THIS IS HOW YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS!!!
