It's been great for me very straightforward and the user support has been responsive when I had questions. The only thing I could wish for is faster transfers back and forth but that may not be possible.

Scam!! Records and steals your personal information! They want all your information like ID etc after they won't let you in the app, once you're money is taken. Say they can't find your account, send this and that. It's all a joke! I read the post prior and seen it. All the fake post, I went done it anyway and they got me!!! So, just look at the details of app! Says they can track you, look at your personal information and gain access.... Wow I hope someone gets these people locked up!

The interest rate is good, but they after a few months they stop allowing you to use your outside bank for transfers because their third party assurance provider can't verify your account, even though you've used them many times before. I have to say, just not worth the hassle. Plus, customer service is awful. They don't try to fix the problem, they tell you to go open an account with another bank and link it, even though the failure is the fault of Tellus.
