The game is good, but when you start getting further into it it looks more and like a pay to win game. When you ascend, go to roam and reach fenglu realm they ask a lot of resources and they keep asking for more the further you go, when you're about to win against a stronger cultivator you die without any reason even if you've higher health(those are the things I hate it would be great to improve them)

My favorite game...but for the past few days it won't go past the loading screen. I can't find anyone to contact to fix this issue, I've put a decent amount of money into my character and this is really frustrating. Edit: I've contacted customer service numerous times and haven't yet been able to retrieve my game.

Overly cluttered screen, lacking in translations and explanations, the "receiving help to ascend" REALLY needs a cancel option, commercials watched for rewards that aren't given due to timeout 4/5 times in my experience, tons of cash-grab at every corner, somewhat pleasant aesthetics => Immortal Taoists.
