I ordered a new battery through the app using my registration plate. After paying, I realised it wasn't suitable for my car. I received a refund, and they suggested an alternative. No discount was offered; if I wanted one, I had to order online and return it the next day. I give one star because this isn't the first time the app provided the wrong part.

Bad experience ❌. Don't use them. Paid online for click and collect. Got an email saying order will be ready to collect the next day by 10 am. When there next day at 1 pm. Waited in the queue of 3 people for 25 mins to be told that all parts have not turned up yet. So come and collect it later 😭 ❌

Most broken app I have ever downloaded, nothing at all works including simple cat regs lookup for compatible parts. Stick to website and don't bother ever to shop via the app.
