Appallingly bad app. our school has just switched to this school transport app from Kura, which was fantastic. This app is a shambles we've gone from an easy to use app to a complete nightmare. not enough seats on the bus, peopel with "passes" but no tickt/seat on the bus. Madness.

Rubbish experience; Cannot handle any kind of traffic, either crashes or never opens booking on time. The solution they came up with for issues on their side? take money from us per booking. Absolute madness.

Ticket shows intermittently! Unable to book a journey despite paying £353, says sorry please try later and pass disappears! Pointless app.
