About this app

Mobvoi application connects Mobvoi devices (TicWatch) to your mobile phone. It manages devices, extends functions, synchronizes activity data and provides additional visualization and analysis.

Following features are provided to help manage your devices:
1. TicWatch ( includes TicWatch Pro & Pro3, TicWatch GTX, TicWatch GTH, etc)
a. Synchronize and Keep track of your activity and health records
b. Provide functions in addition to watch such as watch face management, audio recording transcription, etc.
c. Manage watch and account settings, permissions, profiles, etc.
2. Synchronize your basic data – Mobvoi’s Wear OS app is used to synchronize some basic data with the TicWatch series of Wear OS watches.

Special permission highlight:

Call permission: When you use a wearable device to reject incoming calls and receive call notifications, you can choose to enable this permission so that the wearable device can properly reject incoming calls and receive call notifications. If you do not agree to this permission, it may affect the normal use of the functions.

SMS permission: When you use the wearable device to push SMS messages, you can choose to enable this permission to display the message content on the wearable device. If you do not need this service, you can disable this permission at any time without affecting other services' usage.

Ratings and reviews

App is horrible. Since the update a few months ago, many things that could be done, now cannot or is extremely difficult to find how to do. UPDATE: the app is still horrible. I have reduced my rating to 1 star. When trying to connect my phone to the app it just goes in circles and never connects. What good is a watch that has a gazillion functions if you can't connect to the app that controls it? I no longer see notifications from texts and emails. I no longer have media controls. It is junk.

Great app. Simple to use. The heart rate graph and sleep report are clear. Slight negatives are; The heart rate results do not update when the app is opened and can be an hour or so behind. Although the HR graph covers a complete 24 hours, as you scroll along the timeline, not every peak or trough has a value. My Amazfit band shows a value at every point (every 1 minute).

The data doesn't always correctly sync. Says I do less exercise than what's recorded on my watch, same as the sleep app says I've gone to sleep later, actually a couple of hours after I've gone to sleep when it's started recording. Get these glitches tweaked and it would be a fab app as this keeps me on track for what I need to achieve. Also my phone won't connect to the Bluetooth on the treadmill app as it says not compatible maybe sort this out so we can get the best use out of it too.
