Everything I wanted in a secure notepad (simple, searchable, locally stored, encrypted, exportable records, etc.). Fingerprint security needs to be the next new feature! UPDATE: the latest version ate my data without warning, and not completely but seems to have selectively erased half of the contents of a critical spreadsheet I maintain in the app. Backup your data OFTEN

Works well except font size management is a problem. Update. The app won't open. Using the correct password, the screen flashes white and reverts back to the login screen. Lots of info stored on this app. I fear it may be lost! Update, Android update stopped sec notes from working. App was updated within a couple of days and a Play Store update fixed the problem. I still wish the font size editor worked.

Finally the update is available in play store. Dennis, please update and you should be fine. Request you to kindly re-consider your rating in play store, that would be a big help to us.

Often, when trying to copy more than one word of text, after dragging the selection tab over the desired words to copy or cut, the highlight disappears as soon as you let go of the tab. Also, sometimes the app will ask you if you want to save, other times it will not. If you forget to actively save your notes, you're screwed. It's pissed me off a number of times, when I'll go back to view a list and find it empty. Other than those two (what I consider to be) major flaws, the app is not bad.
