Shorts creation are no longer possible without Clipping platform (which means I can't create Shorts from a prompt alone as I had been doing over the past several months) and the Clippings platform has gotten more difficult to use. I am very disappointed because I have been spending too much time troubleshooting.

disappointing. I love their video channel and was excited to try the app but its a bit confusing and when chatgpt explained it all then most important things like the explanation for scores were hidden behind the paywall. my channel is just starting out and 8.99pm seems a bit steep and according to loads of reviews here you don't get what you pay for anyway. I was hoping to get some sort of channel insight but I guess its back to screenshots of YT studio on ChatGPT. I'll use it for a bit longer

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service! I paid for a full 1-year premium subscription, but I still don't have access to the premium features. The app is extremely slow, and basic tools like searching and adding tags are completely unusable. To make matters worse, after I canceled AutoPay, the app stopped working entirely, keeps displaying the Free version despite my annual subscription being fully paid. This is a complete waste of money and trust. Fix this issue or immediately refund.
