At first look, the world you see may seem to be nothing out of the ordinary. Look beneath the surface however, and you'll find an unimaginable place filled with strange, dangerous, and delicious creatures.

The Society of Dark Cuisine is an ancient and mysterious organization comprised of brave adventurers willing to explore the unexplored and to taste the untasted. With the help of the mystical Sootsoot, they seek out and capture strange monsters in order to farm their divine ingredients.

And what do they do with these ingredients? Cook, of course! Back up above, the Sootsoot sell delicious meals to surface dwellers, raking in as much profit as possible to further expand underground. The Society of Dark Cuisine has operated for centuries, yet no one knows exactly who they are or what their ultimate goal might actually be...

I've played this game on and off for years. It's very fun, there's always something to do. And not in the way of feeling like you have to be playing the game constantly to make good progress either. There's a lot of things where you can set it and forget it. It's very laid back. The art style of the world also looks very unique. The character design is very imaginative. The recipes and the way you get ingredients is very creative too. I highly recommend this game.

MC is a truly enjoyable game. Graphics are interesting and cute, gameplay is varied, and the concept is original. (I'd rated it a 2 previously only because of the FB login option.) Today I started the game and found everything gone, back to square one. I emailed support, they responded immediately. I'd lost my original ID but they tracked it down via my purchases and everything was restored within 2 hours. Thank you, Joyce! Not only is this a great game but it's supported by wonderful staff!

Very fun and pleasant to play. It does take a little bit of figuring out, but I haven't had any major issues and if I do run into a problem, I can Google the solution. No forced ads, which is great too. If I were to say one thing that I don't really like, it's that the daily quests can ask you to spend your potions, as I'm trying to save up. 9/10, would recommend.
