Ratings and reviews

The app is ok for looking at transactions and paying bills. Check deposit, OCR software is from 1990 and every pic I take it has an error. I can read it clear as day though, so definitely software issue. No longer getting notifications of any kind. No app push notifications, no email, none. Definitely needs work.

takes forever to do anything and everything is convoluted and takes multiple steps (transferring money, setting up accounts/CDs, paying a mortgage, getting someone to contact you, getting notifications) just a huge waste of time to work with them.

I'm extremely happy with ENT Credit Union's Customer Service Associates, the products that ENT offers, and they have made amazing strides in the effortless operation of features for Android phones; like fingerprint ID, managing card features, and being able to effectively monitor our financial transactions.
