Unlike some of the other apps available, this one is interactive and uncluttered. I feel like I'm actually learning by doing. Simple but effective.

I does not cover all the Russian characters. The lessons are missing ъ, ь and ы. If you pay for the app they show up in the reviews, but it will not let you even try to write an answer (it erroneously goes to the next screen). The app would be better if there were words or sentences to practice; or if it had more kinds of exercises. I also wish it had a toggle to show the print character during exercises -- the two are so different in russian it would be nice to reinforce the association.

It's a good app for writing the letters in cursive. But i wanted a app that taught more than an individual letter. How letters are connected when writing is a whole other thing, rather than just each letter. And such an app could teach some basic vocab & sentences along with how to write in cursive.
