Ratings and reviews

The app interface is great and beautiful but it crashes a lot. Also, it doesn't retain betting while you are still selecting and mistakenly exit, it cleared of all your selection as it reloaded every now and then. You need to work on these as a matter of urgency. This you won't experience in some of your competitors app.

until the most recent updates, Betano used to be an amazing app. Now the search option where you could see events starting in the next 3 to 24 hours has been replaced. Your options are limited to only seeing what Betano listed and that has made my experience very unpleasant. There used to be a wide variety of sporting events and leagues to pick from the search, but it's not available anymore

Terrible service 9/10 have a problem that stops you from being able to play and their customer service is the worst I've ever seen giving Sony a run for their money, Most of the time you can't get through and when you do it's when you've put your phone down to do something else and then they close the conversation. Absolutely terrible never use this app
