Great app with a modern, clean UI and instant withdrawals. The live match stats are excellent, but there is room for improvement. Please consider adding a feature to pin favorite markets to the top to save time. Also, we need more niche markets similar to 1xBet. Specifically, while you offer pre-match shots on target and live player-specific shots on target, please add live total shots on target (Over/Under) for the whole match/both teams.

Your app is wonderful! However, i must let you know that you need to improve on it. Now to my grievance. I made a deposit to my account (which you confirmed), and up till now, I'm yet to be credited. It's well over three weeks and nothing has been done to credit me except to say you're still in the matter. You sent a mail which bore another customer's name. This means I'm not the only victim. Please address this issue to avoid sending the wrong message. Thanks

Dealing with Betano has been fair and enjoyable. Odds are fairly priced, with a straight forward user interface. Lots of different casino games as well. App works smoothly, my only issue, is when being re-directed to the interac transfer website, it fails to load. Other than that, it's a great app
