Very pleased with the ease of the programming process. The app gave clear step by step instructions that were easy to follow and key worked great. I purchased a key with integrated remote. Initially the remote aspect did not work so I called the support line. An agent picked up in less than 1 minute and walked my through a quick remote programming that took less than 2 minutes. Even though the remote aspect didn't work initially I'm still giving 5* due to the great customer support.

Horrible Experience. Not only was I not able to connect my new key fob to my car but it also disconnected my existing key fob leaving me stranded because my car would no longer crank (push button start only). I did this on the weekend and tech support is not 24/7 so I had no help until Monday. After talking with tech support they were unable to help and this was a waste of time and money.

Most of the steps are unclear, and the app requires a lot of personal information that doesn't seem necessary. I did, however, get it to work eventually.
