2018 Ford Explorer The app worked fine up to the point where it says to turn on the hazard lights and press continue. Every time I tried, it would say "communication failed". I couldn't call support because it was a Saturday so I started reading reviews. One mentioned that it only worked with the phone really close to the dongle, so I tried that and everything worked perfectly. I just left my phone on the floor until it finished. I hope this helps anyone having problems getting it to work.

Very pleased with the ease of the programming process. The app gave clear step by step instructions that were easy to follow and key worked great. I purchased a key with integrated remote. Initially the remote aspect did not work so I called the support line. An agent picked up in less than 1 minute and walked my through a quick remote programming that took less than 2 minutes. Even though the remote aspect didn't work initially I'm still giving 5* due to the great customer support.

I'll update if I can resolve the issue with support, but so far I cannot get through the process. I have 2 fobs: one new, and one existing. The process keeps stalling out after one key is paired. Thankfully since it doesn't finish the process, it hasn't used up the 2 uses I have from where I purchased, but it also hasn't served it's purpose yet.
