2018 Ford Explorer The app worked fine up to the point where it says to turn on the hazard lights and press continue. Every time I tried, it would say "communication failed". I couldn't call support because it was a Saturday so I started reading reviews. One mentioned that it only worked with the phone really close to the dongle, so I tried that and everything worked perfectly. I just left my phone on the floor until it finished. I hope this helps anyone having problems getting it to work.

The programming process went smoothly enough, but why do I need to create an account with all my data for an app I didn't ask for to program a key I already paid for?

I did everything I was supposed to do & tried several of times to program my key 🔑 & called customer service the lady was no help & rushed me of the phone I advice you to don't purchase this key 🔑
