The newest version the same bug, ”something went wrong when enabling fingerprint” message. You still send an email confirming enabling but it wasn't enabled.

Worst financial service company I have ever dealt with. Started a transfer out of my stocks 3 weeks ago, it supposed to be done in 2 to 5 days but stocks are still stuck in progress and when I call I am always on hold.

Tried for the last hour to sign in. What's the point of having a complex password, biometric verification, then the 2 factor authentication with a text message that takes 10 minutes to receive? Only to be locked out because in my impatience, I requested the codes to be sent a few times, and ended up entering the wrong ones as they eventually came in? Now I have to phone Morgan Stanley on Monday to get access because they're closed on weekends. Edit: Ugh, another code just came in 🙄
