If I could give minus I would. Worse customer service I've ever encountered. Speaking with an agent for nearly 30 minutes just for her to tell me I've come through to the "wrong department"it said just chat with agent, no department. And I could not even make a new transfer it only kept coming with my existing past transfers. USELESS!!

i had to do ahard reset of my phone and when i tried downloading the app on it again it said maimum number of devices reached - i only have it installed on 1 device. the only option, of course, is to call them to fix it. i cant even log into the website as i need the app to generate the key needed to log in.

limited features on mobile app. I can still do some stuff but I have to log on on using a browser to have more functions. Ideally the mobile app is as powerful as the desktop version
