This Appendix presents the second edition of the Sufficiently General Theory of Control (DOTC) with additions and clarifications from the 2004 and 2011 versions, as well as explanatory materials included in the Appendix.
The conceptual and terminological framework of the DOTC is the most effective means of ensuring mutual understanding among specialists in specific fields of knowledge, enabling them to independently develop an understanding of management processes. In other words, the DOTC essentially represents a methodology for mastering new knowledge.
The Appendix to the DOTC includes materials necessary for understanding ideological issues not covered in the DOTC, as well as materials demonstrating the application of the DOTC to solving practical problems of managing real-life circumstances. The DOTU appendix is ​​a revised and expanded version of the work "Principles of Personnel Policy: State, Anti-State, and Public Initiative."
