- Sending of service requests (cleaning, plumbing, electrical, climate, etc.)
- Obtaining information about planned technical works in the building and information for tenants
- View financial information (payments, acts, summary table)
- Feedback with the rental manager
In the near future:
- Delivery of invoices for payment by e-mail
- Arming the premises through the application.
- Notification of arming and disarming by push notifications
- Expansion of the functionality at the request of our customers
