About this app
The "Photo for Technical Inspection" app is designed to simplify the process of submitting photos, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation on requirements for photographic images of vehicles undergoing technical inspection.
In some regions, GPS/GLONASS signal interruptions are observed. Therefore, it is recommended to enter the exact coordinates of your vehicle inspection station (at least 6 decimal places) in the "Error Calculation" section of the app settings. The app will then attempt to adjust in cases where the coordinates are significantly inaccurate.
As of March 1, 2022, the following requirements apply to photographic images:
- Photographic image files must be in .JPG or .JPEG format
- Contain Exif data (date, time, and coordinates of the photo location)
- File size must be at least 300 and no more than 700 kilobytes
- The horizontal and vertical image dimensions must be at least 1280x720 pixels and no more than 1920x1080 pixels
- Grayscale or black-and-white images are not allowed
- The image must include a full-length technical expert
This app allows you to take photos in accordance with the required requirements IN ONE PERSON using one of three methods: timer + tripod, selfie stick, or fixed IP cameras. It also supports a Bluetooth button for remote camera launch.
When using the front camera, to ensure legibility of the state registration plate. Vehicle registration plate information: Image mirroring is used.
IMPORTANT: Do not use instant messaging or email clients to transfer the file from your device to your computer for subsequent upload to EAISTO-M, as they do not preserve the file's meta (exif) properties, and you may receive errors.
The photograph file can be saved:
- on the device
- on your Yandex.Disk
- on your Google Drive
- in your email
- on your own service, using a POST request
If Yandex.Disk, Google Drive, email, or your own service are unavailable, transfer the file directly via cable to avoid errors.
Watermarks will appear on the images after 14 days. If watermarks are inconvenient for you, you can disable their display by subscribing. The subscription costs between 3,510 and 3,900 rubles per year, depending on the payment method. Payment by invoice with closing documents is available for LLCs and sole proprietors!
A subscription also unlocks access to app settings management via your personal account.

Out of the box, meaning no additional device settings are required. Please check with your supplier/seller to determine whether your device supports GLONASS.
