1. Disaster Prevention Family Meeting
This service provides step-by-step instructions for sharing information with your family in preparation for natural disasters, such as how to contact each other in the event of a disaster, evacuation locations, and disaster preparedness supplies.
In addition to checking the availability of disaster preparedness supplies, you will also receive push notifications when their expiration date approaches.
2. Disaster Information Notifications
We will notify you of weather warnings, evacuation orders, and other information related to your registered postal code via push notifications (we will only notify you of events of a certain magnitude or larger).

(1) Operating this app while driving is extremely dangerous. Never do so.
(2) While the app is running, the smartphone may heat up, causing the app to automatically suspend or restart.
(3) If your smartphone battery is significantly draining, use a charger.
(4) Using, storing, or leaving the device in high temperatures and humidity, such as on a dashboard exposed to strong direct sunlight or inside a car in the hot sun, may cause burns, deformation of the device, battery leakage, malfunction, overheating, explosion, fire, and reduced performance and product lifespan.
(5) While this app is free to use, please note that communication charges related to this service are the customer's responsibility.
3. Restrictions
(1) Tough Car Insurance Plus S
① This service may not be available due to line interference with your mobile phone carrier, GPS satellite interference, signal strength, etc.
② The service cannot be provided if your smartphone's Bluetooth and GPS functions are turned off.
③ Diagnostic results may vary depending on the vehicle model, smartphone location, and road conditions.
④ GPS data may not be obtained, resulting in errors in driving records.
⑤ Driving may be recorded as dangerous even if you were not driving dangerously.
⑥ The diagnosis may be interrupted by phone calls, emails, or the launch of other apps during the diagnosis.
⑦ Diagnostic results may vary depending on the smartphone model.
⑧ The Bluetooth connection between the in-vehicle device and the app may automatically turn off when the smartphone's battery level drops below 10% or when power-saving mode is set.
(2) Tough Monitoring Car Insurance Plus S, Tough Monitoring Car Insurance Plus (Dashcam Type), Tough Monitoring Car Insurance
In any of the following cases ① through ⑥, the service user may be unable to use all or part of the service.
① When maintenance, construction, or repairs are performed on a system managed by us or our partner companies in order to provide the service.
② When a system managed by us or our partner companies in order to provide the service ceases to function properly due to fire, power outage, damage, or malfunction.
③ When a serious security risk is discovered or predicted in the communication in-vehicle device, dedicated dashcam, or the service user's smartphone.
④ When the communication in-vehicle device, dedicated drive recorder, or the service user's smartphone becomes or has the potential to become the source of unauthorized access directed at a third party connected to the Internet.
⑤ When a failure beyond our control occurs due to a natural disaster, war, etc.
⑥ In addition to ① to ⑤ above, when we determine that it is desirable to disable the functions of the dedicated terminal, dedicated drive recorder, or dedicated app.
