"Odawara Ninho" is an application that can report problems such as roads, rivers and waterways managed by Odawara City.
The report is submitted with photos and location information, and the department in charge confirms it, and repairs and emergency measures are carried out according to the degree of urgency.
There's a hole in the road! If you find a problem such as this, please report it from the app.
We ask for your cooperation in order to prevent accidents, etc. and aim for a society where people can live safely and securely.

■ How to use the app
① If you find a problem, turn on the GPS function and start "Odawara Ninja Report".
② Select "Report".
(3) Select the content of the problem, etc.
④Take two pictures, a near view and a distant view.
*Please be aware of your surroundings when shooting.
⑤ Check the location information and send a report.
Notification processing is now complete.

■ When using the app
・Depending on the time of day, we may not be able to confirm the content of the report immediately, so please make a report by phone (please use "report by phone").
・Please call 119 instead of using this app to report fires, ambulances, rescues, etc.
・If it is determined that the content of the report has a low degree of danger, we may not respond. Also, depending on the situation, we may not be able to respond immediately.
・For requests such as new construction of roads and installation of curved mirrors, please contact the department in charge by phone or by visiting the agency.
・The city does not particularly report the status of response to whistleblowers.


■ Information that the app automatically acquires
The app automatically obtains the following information. However, it will not be obtained if the user has set not to automatically obtain it.
Information to be acquired: Location information of the terminal by the GPS function
Purpose of use: To pass location information data to email text and attached files
