When repairing conventional kitchen equipment, please check the warranty card etc. to confirm the location of the request.
It's a complicated and troublesome process of having to repeatedly tell the manufacturer or retailer the store name, address, manufacturer name, and model number.
With the ``Connected Repair App,'' you can take a photo of the kitchen equipment you own and complete the registration in advance.
In case of emergency, select from the list of devices registered in advance.
You can request repairs regardless of the manufacturer by simply taking a photo of the faulty area and selecting the nature of the fault.
