About this app

Actimoni is an application used for a service that visualizes where people are in the office.

It makes it easy for users to find where they are when using the application in the office, analyzes indoor location data accumulated in real time, reports on how they work, and supports the creation of office environments such as new work styles and ABW (activity-based working).

To obtain real-time location information, the application must be running at all times (including in the background).

[Main functions]

- Location display

Displays the latest location information of where the user is in the pre-defined indoor area on a map.

- Work style report

Accumulates and analyzes user location information acquired in real time and outputs it in a report. It can visualize the amount of communication by users in the office and the utilization rate of the area.

- Congestion display

User congestion obtained from the latest location information is notified to the user in real time (pre-setting is required). In addition, the degree of congestion of users can be displayed on a map.

[Notes]

- A separate corporate contract is required to use the service.

- Beacons used to detect indoor location information will be loaned after the corporate contract is signed.
- To obtain location information, the application must be running at all times (including in the background). In addition, your smartphone's WiFi, Bluetooth, and location information settings must be running at all times.
- Location information depends on the user's device and usage environment. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the measured and displayed locations.
