About this app

An app that allows you to easily call a security guard or request life trouble support for "Yekuru" contractors. You can also use the My Phonebook function, which allows you to freely register frequently used contacts.

◆ What is the "Yekuru" service?
This is a service provided by Osaka Gas Co., Ltd.
The following services will be provided based on the request from the customer by telephone.
・ Support for security guards when you are worried about crime prevention
・ Responding to key problems
・ Trouble shooting of window glass
It is available from 500 yen (excluding tax) per month.

◆ Main functions of the Yeckle app
It has two main functions.
・ As for the call service, when you need the services of "security guard call", "key trouble", and "window trouble", you can make a call by selecting various buttons and request a dedicated window. You can do.
・ My phonebook has a function that allows the user to register any phone number, and by selecting any button, you can make a call to the registered phone number. You can also import photographic image data, so you can use it as an icon for your registered phone number.
◆ Notes
・ This application requires a password to be entered when it is started for the first time.
It is necessary to subscribe to the "Yekuru" service in writing in advance, and the password can be obtained at that time.
By entering the obtained password, you can use the functions of this application.
・ The only supported language is "Japanese".
・ This app is not compatible with tablets.
・ Customers are responsible for paying the fees related to the use of the Internet and smartphones.
・ The service content and screen design of the app are subject to change without notice.
・ The phone number registered in My Phonebook is stored only within the app. It is not stored on the Osaka Gas server. Please store and manage by yourself.
