The app will manage all of the information that tends to be complicated, such as messages, documents, and photos exchanged with Issei Shoji, on behalf of the owner.

Since you can send and receive documents, photos, and videos, you can centralize your contact with Issei Corporation and achieve smooth communication.

We will realize prompt information transmission from Issei Shoji and eliminate the anxiety of owners.


■Income and expenditure report

Monthly income and expenditure reports are shared on the app, so you can check your monthly income and expenditure without having to go back through documents or emails.

You can view income and expenditure trends anytime, anywhere, as you can change the display of all properties, each property, or each room with one click, as well as the past.


■Workflow

You can receive confirmation requests such as ``repair estimates'' and ``occupancy applications'' from Issei Shoji via message, and easily approve or reject them on the app.

By simplifying the transmission of information, you can prevent any omissions from being shared by Issei Shoji, and you can quickly complete document confirmation and approval tasks from anywhere.


■Document storage

Documents such as various statements, quotations, and inspection reports will arrive attached to messages from Issei Shoji.
