Ratings and reviews

UX is extremely hard to use; crashes again and again. Finally, the app stopped showing book pages a few days ago, making it completely useless. I contacted the service team. Their reply: "we are aware of this issue and will fix it. Please check again after the long holiday"...I have nothing more to say. Will never buy books again on this app.

The layout of the app is simple and easy to use. However, I need to wait for quite long time to load my ebook everytime when I wanna start reading. Browser version don't have this issue and sync very fast but not the app

Purchase some ebooks via website and plan to read it on mobile. However the app can't load and sync the purchased items, and my bookshelf is always empty even though I tapped on the sync button for thousand times. Too disappointing and it wasted my money.
