■Tomitsuka Shoten original “Hakone Sanroku Pork”
Hakone Sanroku Pork is a very juicy and flavorful pork that has the unique smell of pork removed.
The pigs are raised in a naturally rich area at the western foot of Mt. Hakone, supplemented with seaweed powder and wood vinegar, and fed with special feed for Hakone Sanroku pigs and clean groundwater at the foot of Mt. Hakone.
Pork with fine fibers that give off the sweetness of the fat and remove the unique odor.
At Tomitsuka Shoten, we work with two affiliated farms to produce our original branded pork, ``Hakone Sanroku Pork.''

■Atsugi meat “Shiro Hormone”
Pork horumon-yaki is a dish in which offal meat is grilled.
