the worst app that I've ever used. There is nothing useful in the English version. Chinese version is cluttered and extremely difficult to use.

Make changes to app and require all info today on Friday night. so no support from banks till Monday if there is a problem, like In my case

From the beginning, the app wouldn't work properly on my phone but it's working alright on my iPad. Now I can't even transfer money anymore - I get on a page where it says "認證資料" and nothing else. No way to proceed. It renders the benefits of using an app and online banking useless. Please have this fixed!
