the worst app that I've ever used. There is nothing useful in the English version. Chinese version is cluttered and extremely difficult to use.

From the beginning, the app wouldn't work properly on my phone but it's working alright on my iPad. Now I can't even transfer money anymore - I get on a page where it says "認證資料" and nothing else. No way to proceed. It renders the benefits of using an app and online banking useless. Please have this fixed!

This app doesn't have English version, it's a chaos everytime I need to deal with bank, you guys should really try to solve this issue, Android Studio make easy to have the same app with multiple language support, just need a translator and good will to make the life of some foreigner's who recently moved to Taiwan easier.
