About this app

The Johoku Shinkin Bank app is a smartphone-only app for individuals and sole proprietorships that allows customers to check their savings account balances and transaction details.
It is also equipped with a push notification function, and uses this function to send various information to customers.

Separate communication charges will be incurred for using and downloading apps and using the web, and will be borne by the customer (including communication charges for resetting etc.).

It is your responsibility to carefully manage the smartphone on which you are using this application to prevent it from being lost or stolen. In the unlikely event that your phone is stolen or lost, please contact our bank immediately, and also contact your carrier to take steps to disconnect the line.

This app works with your current location and sends push notifications from the app.

By default, we use GPS to deliver notifications appropriately based on highly accurate location information.

Since GPS is used to obtain the location, please be aware of the battery drain. You can always choose a setting that consumes less battery (does not use GPS).

There may be times when the service is unavailable due to system maintenance, etc.
