Ratings and reviews

The app is good and reliable the only suggestion I have is maybe adding an option to change the language, as an international bank you should know you also have international customers and not all of us are able to read and understand the app in Chinese, some of my friends have to call me to know what to do. Having an english language option would be very helpful and could increase the number of foreigners using your services.

Great app - but the lack of an English user interface and the complicated login menu in respect to other similar apps does unfortunately cause me to retract 2 stars. If you guys are looking for help translating, i'd be glad to volunteer some of my time for a better experience with our app. Also it would be nice if the app could interface with Samsung Save or other password saving services on your phone. EDIT: After getting an auto-response this long later, I've realized why the app has issues

No English. EXTEREMELY difficult to switch or update account. Uninstaller and reinstall doesn't work. Have to call into customer support to reset app account info and it's honestly not worth all the hassle. Will just log into online browser since it's easier and has English. Wish I could have option to remove email notifications everytime log in to account. I receive way too many emails for this and is annoying.
