Ratings and reviews

The customer service is (tried all ways provided - facebook, wechat, line, in-game) very very extraordinarily bad. They could not help to resolve any problem, needless to say the took forever to respond. They did not take any action on players that r cyber bullying others w/ explicit contents (ie. hateful speech against countries, personal attack and false accusations that disrupted ones reputations). Evidences were showed to the customer service, they just said that they could not interfere.

the game looks really good when I logged in so a guest. Do we have a language option I actually was influenced to play but couldn't because of the language barrier

Disappointed that even the game launched in North America it doesn't have an English version. Thanks for responding right away but this should have been clear beforehand, so that i knew not to download.
