Ratings and reviews

Customer service is horrible. Queueing for a representative? You have to input a number every 30 seconds or so or you lose your place because they hang up on you.

This app seems to require update every other week or so and each update is taking forever. I have been waiting for 20 minutes and the status still shows pending. Maybe their infrastucte is in need of an update too

Can't translate and no language setting to change to English. Can't screenshot either to translate with Google translate. So far I can't even see my balance.
