1. Launch the app in an emergency!
In an emergency, you can use the "t@biho Support Line."
*The "t@biho Support Line" is an inquiry desk for au Sompo Insurance's overseas travel insurance policyholders.
This applies to travel insurance departing on or after July 27, 2025.

2. List of hospitals at your destination
In case of sudden illness or injury while overseas, you can quickly search for the nearest affiliated hospital.
*The cashless service is only available to au Sompo Insurance's overseas travel insurance policyholders.

3. Check the latest news and safety information for your destination from the app!
View the latest news for your selected destination from the app!

4. Other Useful Content
We offer other useful content, such as the "Camera Memo" feature, which allows you to take photos of important information like your passport and record it with a password while traveling. Please make use of it.
