After the work orders are submitted, they will be handed over to the administrators of Longcaring platform for processing and distribution. The assigned volunteers will provide on-site maintenance, cleaning and other services to residents based on work order information, helping Hong Kong residents effectively solve the practical problems they encounter in their daily lives. Provide community charity services to assist the grassroots community governance work of the Hong Kong SAR government.
