I wanted to change the ownership of a phone number to my name. I filled out the form and submitted it at the provider's store. They accepted it, but later I couldn’t log into the app because they made a typo in my email (typed "a" instead of "o"). The app suggests contacting support if the email is wrong, but the link doesn't work. I found their WhatsApp, explained the issue, they said it was fixed — but nothing changed. After I told them, they just sent me the form again and stopped responding

No possibility to take out an option in the app or via login on computer - that option I could add in a click!!!! At their WhatsApp there is a robot that actually provides no solution at all. It just tells me to go to the shop. Oh really? It was not the case when Base wanted my money but for cancelling it I need to go there! Unacceptable!

there is a "gap". if you want to transfer your esim to another phone you have to answer to an SMS on the initial phone. Think about that the initial phone is broken and you are not in the country. there should be another way to do this. through an email or itsme or whatever you can think out but not telling me that I need to return in the country. maybe I'm working overseas for 6 months or so and the cost of traveling back and forth for this matter is not worth it.
