Taiwan Bank's "Mobile Safe Go" provides eEnterprise.com customers with a secure and convenient transaction authentication service. To meet your mobile business needs, you can confirm transactions through your linked mobile device (phone/tablet) to complete simple, non-contractual transfers and other related service authentication applications on the eEnterprise.com platform! It boasts the same security features as physical tokens, giving you the best experience!


"Mobile Safe Go" Services:

1. Online Push Notification: When reviewing or approving transactions on the eEnterprise.com platform, select the "Mobile Safe Go" security mechanism. Customers can directly view the transaction details on the app and complete transaction authentication using their device's biometric identification.

2. Offline Verification: Even if customers cannot connect to the internet or receive push notifications, they can still log in to "Mobile Safe Go" and use QR code verification. Customers scan the QR code on the eEnterprise page as instructed on the webpage, use their device's biometric identification to generate a one-time password, and then enter it back into the eEnterprise.com platform for system verification to complete the transaction.


Please note:

1. Upon launching this app, if any suspected hacking or unauthorized modification or updates are detected on your mobile device, service will be suspended.

2. Users should safeguard their registered mobile devices properly, avoid lending them to others, and install security software on their devices to protect their accounts and transactions.

3. Your linked mobile phone/tablet must have push notification permissions enabled for this app to receive transaction confirmation push notifications!
