About this app

This is an app for using the service "Anshin Remote Support" or "Net Total Support" provided by NTT Docomo.
By connecting to the support center using this app, an operator will remotely check or operate the customer's smartphone screen while supporting the operation and settings of the customer's smartphone.
If you are using Anshin Remote Support on a Google Pixel device or Rakuraku Smartphone Lite device, please install this app.

This app allows an operator to remotely perform operations such as screen scrolling, screen transitions, button taps, or drawing on the screen (the operator performs operations and settings on behalf of the customer) on the customer's device. To do this, use the Accessibility API function when using the app.
To enable this function, you must enable (ON) the accessibility function by following the instructions displayed when using the app.
Data obtained through the use of accessibility features will only be used by operators to support you with this app.

[Flow of use]
①Please call the dedicated phone number (free)
(If your device is equipped with a phone function, select ``Select your problem'' in this app, follow the instructions displayed on the screen, and then select ``Contact us by phone.'' You can also call the phone number (free)
② Follow the operator's instructions to start this app
③Please check the application privacy policy, software license agreement, and notes on use, check "I agree" and select "Start using" (first time only)
④Please listen to the operator's explanation regarding other consent items required for use, and then agree to and set the settings.
⑤ On the screen after selecting "Enter connection number," enter the 6-digit connection number provided by the operator and select "Start."
⑥The message "Do you want to start recording or casting via remote support?" (a confirmation screen to transfer the customer screen to the operator) will be displayed, so select "Start now".
⑦When the connection is completed, "Remote support in progress" will be displayed at the bottom right of the screen, and you will be able to provide remote support.

[Notes]
・"Anshin Remote Support" and "Net Total Support" are paid services that require an application.
・Separate packet communication charges will be incurred for the use of ``Anshin Remote Support'' and ``Net Total Support'' (including app version updates).
・This app cannot be used under the following conditions.
- When using outside of Japan
- When in airplane mode or out of range
